Supplies Needed

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Elias Chatzoudis, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, Tropical tango, by Designs by Sarah, here.
Mask: of your choice (optional).
Font: MitreSquare.


Let's begin!

1-Open a file 900x900 and flood fill it white.
Open the file sb_pmt_tropical-tango- 1.png frame, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Use the Freehand Selection tool, to make a selection on the layer's frame.
Highlight the background layer.
Add new layer. Open sb_pmt_tropical the-tango-pp1.jpg, copy> paste into selection.
Selection> none.
Highlight the layer's frame.
Open the files:
sb_pmt_tropical-tango-seaweed.png
sb_pmt_tropical-tango-flowers 1.png
sb_pmt_tropical tango-flower-3.png
sb_pmt_tropical-tango-flower 2.png
Copy, paste as new layers.
Resize appropriate.
Position the lower left.
Drop shadow.

2-Open the file sb_pmt_tropical-tango-flowers 1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate, duplicate this layer.
Position the top left and right.
Drop shadow.
Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-flower 5.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place in the upper right of the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate the layer and position on the right.
Open the tube you choose, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open sb_pmt_tropical-tango-palm fronds 1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Layers> Duplicate and position.

Drop shadow.
Apply a mask if you want.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
