Let's get started!


1-Open an image of 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file pdc_frame4.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, select the inner layer, in each round of the frame.
Selection> Modify> expand = 15.
Highlight the background layer.
Open pdc_paper1.jpg, copy, paste as new layer.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.

2-Open the selected close-up, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position at the top of the frame.
Drop shadow.
Open pdc_potofgold3.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position at the bottom of the frame layer.
Open the file pdc_Rainbow.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position below the frame layer.

Open the file pdc_frog.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position on the right.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position on the right.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, credits and save your tag.
