Supplies Needed: Close Up Tube and tube of your choice. I used the art of Gennadiy Koufay, acquired at CILM. It's a bonus tube, but you can use others. PTU scrap kit, New York, by Toni's Scraparoni, which can be purchased at the store Sophisti-Scraps. Plugin: Alien Skin-Constellation (optional). Font: A&S Harliquin. Let's begin! 1-Open a 800x800 image and flood fill it white. Open Frame-06-NY-TS.png, copy, paste as new layer. Using the selection tool, make a selection around the layer's frame. Highlight the background layer> new layer. Open the Paper-04-NY-TS.jpg, copy> paste into selection. Selections> none. 2-Open the tube close up of your choice. Copy, paste and position to your liking. See my tag for reference. Duplicate the layer of each layer close-up. Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur Radius = 2, 00 Change the blend mode of the layer to Overlay. Reduce the opacity of the layer to 80%. Drop shadow in layers originals. 3-Open Flower-03-NY-TS.png. Copy, paste as new layer. Resize desired. Layers> Duplicate and position on the side. Drop shadow. Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate position it. If desired, duplicate this layer> adjust> blur> gaussian> blur Radius = 2. Change the blend mode of this layer to Soft Light. Drop shadow in the original layer. Open Bow-01-NY-TS.png. Copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Place the center of the layer of lace. Drop shadow. Open the I-Love-NY-TS.png. Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate. Place on bottom left. Drop shadow. Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
