Let's begin!

1-Open a file 700x700 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file moo_mysterious_scallopframe.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside this layer.
Selections> modify expand = 14.
Open the file moo_mysterious_paper_06.jpg.
Copy, paste as new layer below the layer of the frame.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none, drop shadow in the frame layer.

2-Open the tube, copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position, drop shadow.
Open the file moo_mysterious_wrap2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate and position.
Drop shadow.
Open the file moo_mysterious_flower9.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position on the layer lace wrap2.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate this layer of the flower, place the lower left.
Open the file moo_mysterious_flower5.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the lower left.
Duplicate this layer, resize desired, position.
Drop shadow.

3-Highlight the background layer.
Open the file moo_mysterious_sequinspill.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position.
Open the file moo_mysterious_loveballoon.png.
Copy, paste as new layer in the upper right.
Drop shadow.
