Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Barachan, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, In Bloom, by Candys Treats, which can be purchased here or here.
Mask: WSL_Mask84, here.
Font: Montelago Flare.



Let's begin!

1-Open an image of 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file CandysTreats_CircleFrameGreen.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer of the frame.
Selections> modify> expand = 15,00.
Highlight the background layer.
Open CandysTreats_Paper2.jpg.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.

2-Open the tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place it in the layer frame.
Drop shadow.
Open the file CandysTreats_Hearts.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the right side of the frame layer.

Layers> duplicate> image> mirror.
Place the left side.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the file CandysTreats_GreeneryWithFlowers1.png (freebie).
Copy, paste as new layer at the bottom of the frame layer.
Position, drop shadow.
Open the file CandysTreats_StringWithShadow.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, position.

Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Selections> All.
Add new layer
Keep the selection.
Open CandysTreats_Paper3.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask> Layers> Merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.
Open the file CandysTreatsWireFence.png (freebie).
Copy, paste as new layer, drop shadow.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, credits and save your tag.
