Let's begin!

Open an image of 700x700 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file DBA FRAME 3.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Make a selection on the frame layer, using the selection tool.
Selections> modify> expand = 14.
Highlight the background layer.
Open the file DBA PAPER 12.jpg.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Keep selected
Open the file DBA GREEN GRASS 2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate and position.
Click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none> drop shadow in the frame layer.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position.
Drop shadow.

2-Open the file DBA BOW 3.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position on the flower, from the frame layer.
Duplicate and place the other layer of the flower in the frame.
Drop shadow.

3-Highlight the background layer.
Open the file DBA BEAD SEQUIN MESS 1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer on the background layer.
Layers> Duplicate, position.
Open the file DBA CAT 1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position, drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer again.
Selections> All.
Add new layer.
Open DBA PAPER 14.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask.
Layers> Merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, credits and save your tag.
