Supplies Needed Tube of your choice. I used the art of Olivia, which can be purchased at CILM. PTU scrap kit, Be Still My Heart, by TammyKat, which can be purchased here. Plugins: Alien Skin Xenofex2-Constellation, Xero-Fritillary. Font: GF Script No 4. Let's begin! 1-Open an image of 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white. Open the file tk-bestill-blkframe72.png. Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate. Using the Selection tool, make a selection around the layer. Keep the selection. Open tk-bestill-blackwornpaper72.jpg or other paper to your liking. Copy, highlight the background layer. Paste the paper as a new layer. Selections Invert and click delete on the keyboard. 2-Open the tube you choose, copy, paste as new layer. Position to your liking. Drop shadow. Highlight the paper layer and apply the Alien Skin plug-Xenofex2-Constellation, with the following configuration: Settings: Bling Bling. ![]() Change Random Seed until it is satisfied with the purpose of the plugin under the tube. Apply. Open the file-tk-bestill iloveuglitter72.png. Copy, paste as new layer over the center of the loop, the layer of the frame. Position, drop shadow. 3-Highlight the frame layer, layers> duplicate copy and bring it onto the background layer. Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur. Radius = 20,00. Duplicate this layer Blur. Layers> Merge Down. Apply the plugin-Xero Fritillary. Settings: Granularity = 5 Aggression = 30 Tesselation = 10 Variation = 0 Apply 2 times. Highlight the background layer. Open the file tk-bestill-lipsstamp72.png. Copy, paste as new layer in the upper left. Layers> Duplicate> Mirror Image> Image> Flip and position at the bottom right. See my tag for reference.
