Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Ismael Rac, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, Denim and Daisy, by Creative Intentionz, which can be purchased here.
Mask: WSL_Mask99, here.
Font: La Carte Pen.


Let's begin!


1-Open an image of 700x700 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file-CIZ-DenimAndDaisy RibbonFrame2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer of the frame.
Selections> modify> expand = 20.
Highlight the background layer.
Open the file-CIZ-DenimAndDaisy Paper12.jpg.
Copy, paste as a new layer> selections> invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Keep the selection.
Highlight the background layer.
Open the file-CIZ-DenimAndDaisy FlowerFrame2.png.
Copy> Paste as New Image.
Appropriate resize, copy, paste as new layer in the image.
Place the flowers so that the layer appear in the frame tag.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Keep the selection.
Highlight the background layer.
Return to the image that you copied (the CIZ-DenimAndDaisy FlowerFrame2.png frame layer)
Image> mirror> Image Flip.
Copy, paste as new layer on the bottom.

Click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Position as desired, drop shadow in all layers of the frames.
Highlight the background layer.

2- Open the file CIZ-DenimAndDaisy-Mesh1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position in the upper left.
Duplicate the layer and place the copies to your liking.
Drop shadow.
Open the tube chosen.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the layer of the frame, drop shadow.
Open the files:
CIZ-DenimAndDaisy-Daisy1.png,
CIZ-DenimAndDaisy-Daisy4.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the bottom.
Drop shadow.
Open the file CIZ-DenimAndDaisy-CurledRibbon4.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place on the left below the layers of flowers.
Layers> Duplicate> mirror image and position on the right.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the file CIZ-DenimAndDaisy-LoopyBow3.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the left side.

Layers> Duplicate and place the copy on the right.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Selections> all> add new layer.
Open-CIZ-DenimAndDaisy Paper7.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask> Layers> Merge group.
Adjust the mask to his tag.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian blur.
Radius = 20.  
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, credits and save your tag.
